How I can help
Counselling doesn’t have to feel complicated. Below are the main ways I support people. If you’re not sure which option is right, that’s completely fine - book what feels closest, or send a quick enquiry and I’ll help you choose.

Individual sessions are a place to slow things down and make sense of what’s happening, without judgement. We’ll look at what’s been building over time, what’s getting in the way, and what support would help you move forward.
Together we’ll work toward clearer thinking, stronger coping tools, and small, practical changes that add up.
Good for: stress and overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, self-worth, life transitions, grief, relationship patterns
-
Couples sessions help you understand what’s happening underneath the arguments, the distance, or the repeated patterns. We’ll slow things down, improve how you communicate, and work on rebuilding trust and connection.
I draw on evidence-based couples training, and we’ll keep the focus practical, respectful, and real.
Good for: communication breakdown, conflict cycles, rebuilding after a rupture, trust, intimacy, big decisions, feeling disconnected

Parenting can bring out big emotions, in kids and in us. These sessions offer a supportive space to understand what’s happening in your family system and what your child may be communicating through behaviour.
I’m a Circle of Security Facilitator, and we’ll work on strengthening connection, building confidence, and finding strategies you can actually use in daily life.
Good for: big feelings, behaviour concerns, parent stress, confidence, boundaries, connection, family tension
